The GM Panel is an opportunity to connect two great organizations, CMAA and RSPA, and their membership. General Managers, and club owners that have racquet sports programs connect with RSPA members. You do not have to be a GM or have racquet sports at your club to attend, just a desire to learn from some of the best professionals in the region. CMAA members will earn 1 CE point for attending.  Discussion points include:

• Manager's expectations for racquet sports programs
• Racquet sports professionals expectations from their managers
• Vital skills needed from both managers and racquet sports professionals to build a successful program
• Common challenges both managers and racquet sports professionals face, and potential solutions
• Opportunities for Q and A
