This session will focus on best practices for helping your sales team when working with a membership prospect. 59club has data from over 800 clubs worldwide and understands there is an industry-wide issue with how these initial inquiries are currently being handled.
To demonstrate this, this session will also include the sharing of results from a series of complementary mystery shops recently conducted in several CMAA chapter clubs (including the Mile High Chapter). No individual clubs' results will be shown. The average scores from the collective group of clubs that participated will be discussed.
The goal of this session will be to give each manager a few ideas on how to improve the sales process. Please feel free to invite the membership director of your club to attend this portion of the meeting. As information, many of the sales processes discussed here will apply to the selling of food and beverage events and corporate golf day (Monday outings) as well.
We'd like to thank the Mile High Chapter managers who participated in this process and look forward to discussing this important topic with each of you.
