PRESENTATION OVERVIEW: In cultivating an effective F&B team, transcending the allure of flashy equipment, the emphasis shifts towards fostering excellence through a combination of fundamental skills and emotional intelligence, acknowledging the intricate interplay between technical proficiency and interpersonal dynamics. During our time together, we will unpack the importance of not simply teaching emotional intelligence but using it as we remain curious and open to discovering other's values and how best to lead them.

Have you ever wondered why the same wine can taste different depending upon the glass in which it is served? Attend this seminar and find out why.

We will also be learning about the Colorado Section PGA's new private label wine. The PGA REACH Colorado Foundation has teamed up with Trustee, Mike Wamsganz and Blendings Winery in Fort Collins to create REACH Reserve Red Wine and White Wine. Blendings Winery is a family-owned boutique winery that offers a unique and curated list of wines including whites, reds and fruit varietals.

Each bottle sold will donate $2 back to the PGA REACH Colorado Foundation to support programming for Youth, Military and individuals in underrepresented groups in golf. Drink wine and support a good cause.  Winner, winner!
